Erotic Empowerment Online will give you a foundation in Tantric sexual theory and practice while helping you discover your erotic self. The program includes supplemental information and exercises, requires no prior experience and was developed under the guidance of Dr Jonn Mumford (Swami Anandakapila Saraswati). His classic work Ecstasy Through Tantra is a required supplemental text. Erotic Empowerment Online is an expanded version of the online Fundamentals of Tantric Sexuality course that we began offering in 2001.

Although only a very small percentage of traditional Tantric practices are physically sexual in nature, the course focuses on sexuality as the gateway to Tantric experience and consciousness expansion. It is suitable for beginners, people who want a taste of Tantric practice, to enhance their relationships, to know what it means to experience energy or to learn some effective meditative practices, all without delving too deeply into arcane material, but experienced practitioners have discovered new dimensions and felt enriched by taking the course.

The course includes fourteen lessons and is conducted by email. You should expect to spend approximately 20 minutes a day and work through one lesson per week to two weeks, although you're free to take longer, if you wish. Course work includes written assignments that you email to us. We respond with supplemental materials, personal observations and guidance, usually within 48 hours.
